Kevin Rudd is asking locals to trust him in fixing what he promised to do by mid last year.  Rudd is effectively saying: “Trust me! I’m from Canberra and I can fix your hospital!”  After the bungled insulation program and the rorted school hall funding, locals know better than give Canberra centralised control
