The Government does not have a plan to resolve the anxiety about shoddy insulation amongst the vulnerable and aged in our community who have been affected by this bungled scheme.
To date a local resident, Mrs Murphy, has not received any correspondence from any government official, whether that be Mr Symon or others, to assure her that adequate steps will be taken to ensure her safety.
